ICCM is a global family, serving the Lord in many corners of the world. We are connected by a common commitment to our Lord and to sharing His love. Each participant plays an important role:
George & Dorothy Middleton – ICCM was founded by George & Dorothy in 1985. Throughout the years, they traveled around North America and back and forth to Africa, pouring out their lives in the service of our Lord, and impacting many people in many places. Dorothy was called home to be with the Lord in January, 2013. George continues active involvement in the ministry in Williams Lake, BC (Canada), near to his immediate family but always in touch with the rest of the ICCM family.
International Office Staff – Janet Hicks is ICCM’s International Director, based in Williams Lake, BC (Canada). She is ably assisted by Ursula Tripke in Seminole, Florida (USA). Mel Middleton (also in Williams Lake, BC) helps coordinate ICCM’s international program as Project Coordinator.
Note: ICCM welcomes support donations for Janet (International Director), Mel (Project Coordinator) and George (Founder and Advisor). You can indicate your support designation on the DONATION FORM (Canada or USA). Thank you very much.
Board Members – A special group of people provide wise direction for ICCM in Canada (CCM in the USA). They contribute many hours of volunteer time to keep the organization on track and accountable to the government, our donors, and most of all to the Lord Himself. Current Board members are:
- Canada– Allon Mack, Barry Cockburn, James Amy, Craig Pitts
- USA– William Weber, Allon Mack, Jayne Pratt, Douglas Rice, James Sorenson, John Kruck
Ethiopia Leadership – ICCM’s Ethiopia Programs are ably administered by a team of committed Ethiopian Christian leaders – including a governing Committee, a capable Director, and a dedicated network of Over-shepherds and Shepherds who work directly with all the participants.
International Program Leadership – ICCM’s International Programs involve various groups of dedicated Christian servants and volunteers – some at home sharing the vision and raising support, others on the front lines directly touching the lives of many needy people. These are all valued members of the ICCM family around the world.
Friends & Supporters – The prayers and generosity of many wonderful people throughout North America make ICCM’s ministry possible. If you are one of them – you are a valued member of the global ICCM family too!
Together, one in mind and heart, we bring God’s transforming love & truth to some of the world’s neediest people. Leaders are developed, churches are strengthened, and as Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 9:12 – “This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.”
